Entry #1 is a contender. Simple, but eye catching and memorable with the "globe" image. Easily readable and works on business cards, web sites, etc. Only potential drawback is we're geographically focused in New England, but that may change. So the global identiy probably works.
Thanks. #14 looks too much like a shipping company vs. real estate investment. Your first entry is my favorite so far. I'm attached to the first example logo I uploaded, and you followed that theme first. The "half globe" is very attention grabbing and memorable, without necessarily implying "global" or looking like a shipping firm. I dug deeper and found that that logo is a student missionary group at a bible college and not trademarked. So, if possible, I'd love to see some approaches along that theme or twists similar to it. Thx!
The tilting and non head on perspective really work. So does the additional color in #36. Stand out better, adds more sophistication, and like the implication of finding "true north" not necessarily in the obviouis up direction. Good work! Also like a fresh look with #37, but the other treatment stands stronger on its own. Thx.
#97 nails it pretty good on colors, I think. Moves to top. Can you: 1) Do a version with the text True North Capital Properties as I'll want one with each subtext at the end for two related companies, and 2) Maybe play with the subtext - "Capital Partners" so see if it can pop a little more. Great work! Thx.
