Trophy Hollow RanchLogo Design Contest

Hello!

The vibe of #7 is great, but we would like to see it with a couple tweaks. Out of all of the logos we've seen, this is the one that could get to where we hope to end up.
-Could you put it on a white background.
-Lose the 1955, and move Ranch down there.
-put the banner in a different shade so it stands apart from the rest.
-shrink the deer
-make it a representation of our full, actual lodge. if you need to lose the trees, that is fine.

Hi again.

Please take a look at the proportions. I am more interested in the composition right now over color. We can make anything any color and I will add some shadow and terrain on the deer back so the ranch is nicely nestled and it has depth.

I like how this reads right now in terms of how your eye reads the information. Its a quick read on the destination I think.

As far as color goes are you hoping to see the ranch in its present colors (teal roof, red brown logs) ? or more shaded shadowy tones.

#52, the deer, angled a bit more than #51. I am really liking #53. Thought I have been using the space antlers as the "hollow" I also like the single deer version. The ranch feels inviting.

Again, we can work out the color, its just easier to compose in tones. Ultimately the logo should work in a single color.

So you need a more detailed rendering of the ranch :). Top 5 mode should give me a little more time.

Congrats on being in the top 5! A few notes about #56:

Could the building be larger? The owner reaaally like his building...
Can you remove any pine tree? Hardwoods are fine.
Can you make the deer a whitetail deer, and have it be looking at us?

I have noticed that there are some alternate pics of the building on the website. Are there ok to use as reference? Or is the current posted pic view the preferred view.

- can we see it on white
- can we see it with an alternate typeface

Hi, when you say differ Typeface. Can you give me some direction on this. You can say things like more classic or more modern or less formal (like hand written).

This would help great deal.

Actually, I do like the modern typeface of #77
- could we see #77 with the green tree colored differently
-also, could we see it in that typeface, maybe arched like it is, but no ribbon?

I think the white tail pops bit better from the dark background but the logo can work with or without it.

#89 looks really sharp, has the building, has a full deer hear, and doesn't look all jumbled.
