I like this. Lets take away some of the texture and refine it even more on the mountains. Maybe take it down to just the outline of the mountains.

This looks good. I think the vehicle is a little too prominent on the logo, perhaps let’s scale it down. I’m thinking of taking this logo a different direction. getting rid of the hexagonal enclosure and the trees. Depict the shapes of the mountains in the background with a series of textured lines. Also put Troop and 4WD on the same line. Scale down the Xterra and make it level sitting centered slightly above the letters with the mountain live above and behind it does any of that make sense? Sort of a refined version of this

Its a 2D, manually hand drawn. Will upload the original shortly but I'm actually working on different angle the way you explained.

Let’s bring the vehicle back to level the way it was in the original logo. (I like the lighter wheels by the way) Now lets raise the vehicle up so that front tire looks like it’s resting on top of the O. Is the vehicle a 2D object or a 3D object you can manipulate?

Oh i see that now. I was meaning to tip it back (like lower the back tire that we cant see and raise the front tire so it sits on top of the O). I'm trying to figure out how to explain it without using my hands. Haha

It's tilted, you can see the difference with the older ones. Working on the colors.

I think I liked the white or even a real light grey better. This color gets lost in the trees. I’m curious to see what a lighter color looks like with the bumper. The bumper may also need to be scaled a tad smaller - it looks kinda oversized. Also, did you see the note about tilting the vehicle back? This is looking great!

I like this. Could we tilt the vehicle back? Meaning drop the left back corner (closest to the mountains) and raise the right front corner so the tire appears to be perched on the O. Then of course the color, bumper and lights. This is looking cool.

I like where this is going. It feels like there’s too much detail in it though. Let’s try thinning out the trees and making the mountains a little more prominent (like an outline). Also, could we make the Xterra a dark grey with a big bull bar (ARB winch bumper is what I’m talking about) and the two lights on top?
