This a lot better. I wonder if there's any way to make the T more interesting. I have no idea what that would be. Also, think we need to use some form of all caps, but larger T, S, V so it reads like TriStar, not tristar

Love the wordmark/icon here. Would love to see some variations with that icon a little larger so the T stands out a little more.
