Another idea, Could you see what it looks like to take this icon and replace the "o" in Trillion.
Also put "Health & Hormone Clinic" in a purple box that matches the color of the icon?

I also think it would be neat to do the logo in three shades of the purple. so maybe the left "<" is the lightest, the diamond in the middle is medium, and the ">" is the darkest. Does that make sense?

Maybe a different shade of purple. I'm not sure exactly what color to use. The silver just seems like a very stark contrast from the purple in my opinion.
No, gradation is not a necessity.
