As regarding color versions of the logo I can provide you few ones so you don't have to really decide now.
As regarding larger letters on #146 ...I've uploaded design #166 which the same as #165 but on white background. I just cut the lines in 2 diamond shapes and enlarged "health & hormone clinic"
I can't see any other option for enlarging "health & hormone clinic" unless I write it in two lines like:
health & hormone
clinic
