Hi, here are my ideas when I think of tribus. Each color indicates a different person grouping together and forming the tribe. My secong choice I wen a bit more conservatives with the colors and emphazise the "un" in unfranchise.

HI, here's a logo that has all the quality for longevity. Timeless logo is what you want to pay for. The elements i used are. The circle with a tribal design and a modern corporate font. The slogan is in a font that compliments both, the tribal design and the modern font tying them together,

#2 is starting to grow on me more and more.... however can you take the text off of bold to make it thinner as well as can you do something with a logo itself utilizing the little line you have under the word UN in Un Franchise?
