I really like this design too! Would would it be possible to somehow use the concept the 2nd ranked logo has used on this logo with the piece of the pie being pulled from the house?
I love the home part of this logo.
I would like to see text alternatives and perhaps if a piece of the property was broken away from the home image (like a piece being pulled from a pie) very great work!

Logo also looks good in single colour reverse
designers can only se their own designs so i have no idea what font they used , but i can try some of mine
