I like the look of the design above the word Tribe but wonder if you could make it something travel related....globe, compass etc.

#29 and #28 updated with 4-directions, compass metaphor integrated. It does work with 1-2 colours.

Creative idea with the 4 directions! I think it may be too subtle though. Any way to make it more obvious without interfering with the readability of Tribe?
