The quill feather (clean, modern minimal style) represents the tribe element as well as the title aspect.

I've created a shape that represents a tribal shield – incorporating two t's to create a unique motif. This icon could be used as a stand-alone icon also.

Could we change the slogan to
"The next generation of service" Please?
