I like this. Can you add the "Mission Excellence Purpose" to #60 in all white? Also, please try enlarging the first and last letters to see how that looks.
For #83, can you try replacing the letter "A" with a capital Greek letter "lambda" (basically the same letter without the horizontal line...) and put only the cross inside the "O"? Also, can you line the letters up at the top and move the slogan closer to the bottom, between the first and last letters?
