Triangle (triad, of course), but also an arrow shape for upward mobility and/or as you stated a good exit. The 3 loops enveloping the corners could also represent three descriptive areas of your business and/or goals.

In the ones with the three triangles, the three triangles form abstracts of the letter TVP. One of them just has that, one with the reflected triangles below, creates another set of threes, and the last one, all of the shadow and forms together create another triad.
Repetition of threes on pretty much every level, indicating the company triad functions on many integrated levels.
