I like what has been presented so far, but I have decided against "No Pain Real Estate" and would prefer "Savannah Real Estate Expert". Thank you for your entries.

Would you be interested in seeing the same designs with the updated slogan? or would you prefer a totally new concept?

Between the two I like the simpler one without the roof portion. I would really like to see something using the Y and the A in my name as mentioned in the the original brief.
