Thank you for your contribution! I would like to see a recognizable mark together with the text. Abstract or pictorial is up to you. Think the letter r looks a little of - maybe you could get that to fit in a little better with the other letters? Maybe you could try to make one without the slogan?

I think I still like #14 the best. Maybe because of the lines in the top and bottom. The mark on #18 is too squared - we have to be able to fit it on packaging tape, which is more rectangular. I know that many colors is a way of showing diversity, but I think there is too much going on with different colors on #18. We have to keep it more professional and exclusive.
I like #23. The gears is a good idea, but I think the smiley-face makes it look a little childish. It is starting to look a little bit more industrial, which is not bad. But I think I would like to see the lettering in capital letters. Our old logo was in non-capital letters, and some didn't like it.
