I like the effort on trying to use the TMC as an Icon. This is the only such design I've spared to date. Dot is a little large for my taste (I think it would look better if it was no taller vertically than the TREACE in formation to the right. I'm not sure leaving the horizontal line out of the A is helping; you have enough creativity in the dot, so no need to get "mysterious" on the A. To have a shot at a win here, you'd need to get that dot smaller, and maybe adjust your font on the rest a bit (or maybe just fix the A thing).

red dot still a little too large for my taste.

Would make the red icons on both of these ranked designs 20%-30% smaller.

Can you make the red dot on #208 just a little smaller, so it is no taller than the TREACE logo next to it? When you flattened the TREACE, the ball is a little too large I think.
