Does the logo come on a background other than white?

Here are the revised versions.

I can place the person in "a" (the first or the second "a") because I already placed it in my icon in "a".

I can`t place it in "t" because some fellow designers (Visartes, Fatart, Donadell etc) already placed it in "t".
We have a rule here saying that, if a designer comes with a concept, he owns solely the rights of that concept.

Therefore, the concept of the person in "t" belongs to the aforementioned designers and, if I`ll try to do the same, they will claim their copy rights and I will get in trouble.

Thank you. Still prefer your original design. One last request... can we try having the logo in the word rather than above.
So the ‘a’ in able is your logo a with the wheelchair so it’s incorporated into the word in one line?
Or the from travel) and the a (from able) make up he logo
- not sure if that makes sense
