I got your point and i understand you because of the globe and ribbon but as you can see, its way too different. Before we designer especially here in LT make a layout of the logo, we always consider the copyright issue. In this matter, its very different from AT&T. Its a ribbon surrounding the globe, its a 3d ribbon to emphasize, it only have 5 stripes and 35 degree in angle. Which AT&T is not... Thank you so much for your feedback :-)

I do like the clean font. But the globe has too much of an AT&T look and feel.
