#48 & #49 - I like the design of the butterfly but I don't like the butterfly front view. I like the font of "by Debi" in #48. I looked through your profile and I like the font of Rock Star Robin Creasman Executive Auto Glass ALara Photography Lykke I encourage you to submit more. If you could submit more logos with another side view of a Butterfly and try one of the fonts in some of your other logos that would be great. Thank you for all your efforts.
Thank you for your submission. I LOVE the butterfly - thats why you are ranked first. I've decided against the "by Debi" font. I'm not sold on the "by Debi" font in #58 anymore - maybe its too close to "transformations". I didnt like the halo effect (the lavender circle) but its growing on me but there is still something about it. I guess I'm concerned if I were to do a black and white marketing piece on what that circle would look like. I love the ripple effect in the one that I have ranked 2nd. I'm going to play with some fonts tonight so I'll keep you posted. Thanks again for your submissions!
Thank you for #67! much better. Im still not sold on "by Debi" so I'll look into some fonts tonight and keep you posted! Thank you! I appreciate all your time & effort!
Thank you again for all your efforts. I just wanted to let you know that I've narrowed down what I like about all the designs. Butterfly in #67, #66, & #53 Ripple Effect in #66 Font of "ansformations" in #67, #66, #59, #28 #53(I dont like the tail of the "F" curling back up), Font of "T" in #59 Font of "By Debi" in #53 & # 28 But could you also please try "By Debi" in Monotype Corsiva? Thanks again for all your time and effort! Debi
I read your comment about the ripple effect. You don't have to do the exact same ripple effect, I am definitely looking for and am open to other variations. I have you ranked 1st because I LOVE your butterfly the best. Could you please do "by Debi" in Monotype Corsiva and apply a ripple effect? Thats what I would like to see. Thanks again for all your hard work!
Thanks for the compliments but unfortunately to designer code of conduct does not allow me to use someone elses original concept, I will continue to come up with something that you will hopefully like. Thanks again, Don
Sorry Don, I didnt know/understand the designer code of conduct. I never understood why you didn't just add the ripple effect to the bottom of your logo because If you would have done that the contest would have been over. So that I understand, Designers can not copy someone else's design/concept if it was introduced 1st by them. Is that correct? Thanks again for all your hard work. I'll update everything tomorrow. Debi
Debi, yes, that's the code of conduct. It's frustrating to design something unique to a contest and have it ranked high up and then have someone else copy off it and then win with your concept. So, the ripple was introduced in this contest by another designer and for that reason I can not add it to my design.
Don, Thank you for your response. I understand now. I'm sorry about the frustration. Thank you for your submissions and because of the ripple effect, I've ranked that design first. Out of all your submissions I like #84 the best followed by #78. I'm in the process of working with my web designer about colors. Keep in mind that I am trying to appeal to both genders, men and women. 2 of the men that I value and respect their opinion selected your design #49. So don't give up hope just yet. Thanks again for all your time and efforts. You've done a fabulous job! I appreciate your creative talents! Warmest Regards, Debi
FYI - #80 - I dont like that "T" in that font. I like your other submissions better. Thanks! #85 & #86 Thank you for submitting a new design but neither one of those resonated with me. Thanks. #92 - I like this one thats why I ranked it. Thank you.
Thanks Don, Please do not withdraw any of the logos that I have put in the "not interested" section because I just may pull them back out. All my guy friends are leaning towards #93. My Web Designer suggested to have the gradient (in the word Transformations from dark to light) and then have "Debi" in a dark color. If you could play with that on #105 that would be nice. Thanks again for all your hard work! Debi
