I like the set up on what you've got here. Possibly some color to make business name stand out? And maybe adding color to my name at the end of the slogan? Just throwing out some ideas. I am also looking for ideas with using a compass as the symbol, to symbolize direction. and possibly adding in my tag line - Embrace. Adapt. Evolve. Live. Adding some more color in specific ways to make things pop, like the business name, and my name at the end of the slogan.
