well..i try to find balance between text and the icon, but i guess icon on 121 is a bit too small

1. Make the word "Training" RGB(255,102,51)

2. Make the word "JumpStart" the Light Teal color that is now in "Training"

3. Use your judgment in the figure for color changes.

4. Remove the stars from the feet.
