From #62 to #65 all requested versions. As you see #63 that tries to balance "Tap" with "Room" without taking into account different lengths is doomed. Personally I like most #62 though justified #64 also looks good.

Another one like your originals with "Tap Room" centered above the cow pusher

#44 #45 - two versions with some engine details changed and "Tap Room" below.

I like this badge style but the text on bottom looks uneven. Maybe square off "Tap Room" on bottom. almost like a horseshoe shape
