I like this one .
Is there anything you can do with effects to make the clear plastic/glass look more transparent . Maybe lines instead of solid color. I think the areas indicating windows doors should be lighter gray.

no, its to much. maybe better with something more subtle like the gray line.
Could you make the lower line of font a little smaller. The C sticks out too far.

The upper squares (indicating windows) need to be light gray and the same size as the ones below. I like the blue hue added to the sky. Leave the white vertical line it needs to be there to indicate the corner of the building.

Hmmm, I dont think the definition added to the front of the building improved it. I liked it better the way it was.
Maybe the corner of the building should be vertical white line.
Gray line down side of greenhouse is better but could be thinner still. On the side of the greenhouse bring the gray windows down further, instead of increasing the thickness of the white above the gray horizontal line.

I like this logo. It give us options on using the abbreviation of the name. I like the way you added the building and greenhouse in your other designs. Could you try using the pergola (the open air display structure in the front of the provided picture) structure in this design maybe above the words.
