I've beefed up the arrow motif so that it really has as launch feel to it (also, so that it works better at smaller sizes like web etc.)
The A/arrow could be pulled out as an icon for profiles etc.
Designed to be simple, impactful and eye catching. To work well across all media. The angle makes it stand out in a dynamic way on any communication documentation.
Can I enquire, regarding the Docx you attached, is there anything specific I should be using as a bit of a starting point - the cog logo in header? Or the light. Bulb theme? Or is it all just an overview and you're liking for something completely new?
Whether it's seen as a tread does not matter. The idea the shapes (people) are stuck in a grid then they become free, is clear with or without the reference back to a tyre tread. Yet that idea does relate to the name well. Anyway, see what you think and if you have any feedback I'd be only too happy to develop the idea further.
The meaning behind this:
The icon represents a tread (tyre), as traction is gained the treads take flight and become something altogether different — liberated with knowledge.

Compact, bold, strong and trustworthy.
See other post for how the "T" can be pulled out as a square icon for online use as a profile icon.
The T is visible strongly in a one color situation, or highlight in orange with black type as per other post for more impact.

Representing forward motion / progress / success.

If you have any feedback on any of my designs I'll happily take on board. Thanks

The wide font has a feeling of stability, and therefore, traction!
