What We Do
I am a wildlife and nature photographer whose work captures the essence of the Pacific Northwest—its mist-laden forests, rugged coastlines, and untamed wildlife. Rooted in both artistic vision and a deep spiritual connection to nature, my photography explores themes of stillness, resilience, and interconnection. Inspired by Eastern philosophy, my work invites viewers to experience the quiet wonder of the natural world and their place within it.
My audience includes art collectors, nature enthusiasts, and those drawn to mindful living—people who seek more than just beautiful landscapes. They are individuals who resonate with the deeper stories nature tells, who find solace in the quiet majesty of ancient forests, and who appreciate fine art photography that evokes both a sense of place and a sense of presence.

Our Ideas & Additional Information
I am attaching my current logo. It uses Copperplate (TR Russell) and Josefin Sans (Photography). I like these fonts and I like this arrangement, but this DOES NOT have to be included in a new logo. I am also open to other fonts as long as they are professional and align with a Pacific Northwest theme.
The logo will be used on a wide variety of products and web (tshirts, greeting cards, booth and store signage, stickers, patches) so, TR Russell Photography will need to be prominent enough to be seen on a sign from a short distance.
I want folks when they see the logo to know instantly that I am a photographer working in the Pacific Northwest. So, the tones and textures should evoke the region. And any objects or scenes should reflect the region (mountains, sunset/sunrise, wildlife, rivers, waterfalls, forest, trees). I am inspired by the patch-style logos of the Pacific Northwest and US National Parks. So, designs that reflect that look and feel will grab my attention!
I'd also like a logo (or have access to a version) that works in the positive (white) and negative (black) in case I can't print in color.
NOTE: I signed all of my fine art prints with "TR" like in the image I've uploaded to the Style Inspiration section. This could be an element to include in a new logo.
