I failed to include in my instructions that this apartment community is not a high rise located in a large city, but rather a garden style complex in a small suburb. Therefore this rendition doesn't work. My apologies.

I like the dark background, concept of design and accent coloring but is it possible to play around with the diagram a little? I am concerned that others may feel it looks a little like a paper clip. Thank you.
