Thanks: here's a thought from one of our committee:

I like the garlic idea, but would like to suggest to that artist that he/she use a diffferent veggie with that same idea, something grown on the TdF. None of our farmers grow garlic... onions yes, apples, grapes, pears, broccoli, tomatoes, herbs, swiss chard, grapes, potatoes, raspberries....
