Here's some thoughts from the committee...

Love: the font, the shape, the feel. The bike is a leisure bike - not a racing bike - that's super-clear in your design.

Not-love: the eyebrows; eyes (more subtle - maybe the eyebrows have a lot to do with that). The color scheme. It's a fall event, so maybe some more autumnal colors.

Maybe the font, the shape, the bike, and then a different way to convey the food aspect? Some of us like the vegetable rider, others less so! Fruits (not tropical, so apples, plums, berries, grapes) and vegetables and meat animals are part of the tour.
