Can you lose the wings and maybe add a pattern like in this istock pic:

Also, take a look at this link and try to incorporate some of the ideas/ themes (minus the wings):

Also, try to incorporate the "by Tammy" more into the logo. Seems like its kind of hanging there. Also could you try some different fonts with the "by tammy" and the "total training". Thanks!
