Comment Activity TopekaSwingDance commented on #130 Withdrawn Also I think from this point forward we know you've got our colors down and can change anything in the design to one of our other colors. So no need to submit multiple copies of the same design with different colors, just submitting one version of a design change is okay and we'll know we can adapt colors as necessary. :) 5 years ago TopekaSwingDance commented on #131 Withdrawn I like the idea of music notes on the letters in theory, but with only one there (with a very rounded shape instead of the typical oval shape of the bottom of a music note) it kind of looks out of place. 5 years ago TopekaSwingDance commented on #132 Withdrawn That looks more balanced, thanks. 5 years ago sreekantg commented on #128 Withdrawn I will try a couple of layouts, to keep the uniform size. 5 years ago TopekaSwingDance commented on #128 Withdrawn These dancers are fun, good movement, they show what we do, but they do throw off the uniform size, vertical symmetry, and spacing of the words. 5 years ago sreekantg commented on #127 Withdrawn The dancers have been updated with yellow color. 5 years ago TopekaSwingDance commented on #127 Withdrawn These figures do look like swing dancers. (And thank you for having both genders represented, but not having them dance as a couple.) 5 years ago sreekantg commented on #125 Withdrawn I will submit the other dance poses in Yellow. 5 years ago TopekaSwingDance commented on #126 Withdrawn This image is more ballet than swing dance. Like having the figures in yellow, looks good on the navy. 5 years ago TopekaSwingDance commented on #93 Withdrawn The one thing that would be nice is to add more of a sense of movement and dance to the logo. We are a dance organization and this image is relatively static. It's fun, but it's static. We do have files with some images to inspire you if that helps. 5 years ago TopekaSwingDance commented on #102 Withdrawn That is easier to read. I think between the two fonts I like the one in the tilted version a little better. Both have a nice retro feel, but that one appeals more to me. 5 years ago sreekantg commented on #77 Withdrawn Sure. 5 years ago sreekantg commented on #102 Withdrawn Have removed the White lines. 5 years ago TopekaSwingDance commented on #77 Withdrawn (See files for color specifics.) 5 years ago TopekaSwingDance commented on #77 Withdrawn Orange is one of our less used colors, we use primarily teal, yellow and navy. 5 years ago TopekaSwingDance commented on #80 Withdrawn I like the contrasting fonts for Topeka Swing Dance, using that font gives the word "swing" movement in an interesting way. The swoops of the shape around it have more of a modern than a vintage feel. 5 years ago TopekaSwingDance commented on #78 Withdrawn The white shadow makes this hard to read, it makes it look almost blurry. 5 years ago TopekaSwingDance commented on #81 Withdrawn Not these colors. 5 years ago sreekantg commented on #93 Withdrawn Thank you. Glad you liked it. 5 years ago TopekaSwingDance commented on #93 Withdrawn Like the added detailing around the edge, it jazzes it up while still having a vintage feel. 5 years ago TopekaSwingDance commented on #94 Withdrawn Prefer the yellow dots to the blue ones here. Font is clearer to read. 5 years ago sreekantg commented on #79 Withdrawn Sure. Will submit revisions shortly. 5 years ago TopekaSwingDance commented on #79 Withdrawn Like the font, the embossing or shadow can make it hard to read on some designs. Can eliminate the tag line. 5 years ago
