This is simpler & cleaner than the previous one, but the lines of the inner circle still kind of fight with/distract from your initial design (if that makes sense). The circle is kind of detracting from rather than adding to the design.

Added more length to the top ligature on the "T" for you guys!... Also, I am working on revised round emblems right now as well.

There were things I liked about the previous font, just not the T at the front, and my colleague didn't get to see it. Would you un-withdraw it?

With all the stripes think the back circle is a little busy and draws the eye away from the words. What if the circle outline was just one (or at most two) solid colors? With white inside (maybe, see how it looks)?

And could we see it on a white background?

Interesting font. It is more retro than the previous but the short little horizontal line on the top of the T isn't my favorite. It makes it look kind of tiny (especially next to the giant round O) and it's the first letter of our name.

Hmmm...that font isn't my favorite now that it's isolated like that. Maybe something more vintage for that top font?

Those figures look very contemporary/modern to me, and we really want to keep a vintage feel.

Working through some new ideas today!... Trying to incorporate a direct (yet still clean and abstract) reference to swing dancing.

We could just simplify the top Topeka portion like this... :)

For some reason the white spaces are filled in halfway through the word Topeka on this one, so it looks like "Top" and "Eka" are almost two separate words. Can you make that white outlining consistent across the whole word Topeka?

Would there be a way to make the swooping font have a bit more of a vintage feel? I Googled “1940s fonts” just now and there were several with similar shapes to yours but they had a bit more of a vintage feel.

(And now that we’ve seen the various color iterations you can do you can pick one for changes and we’ll know it can be done in any color combo.)

Added a fun nod to the capital (besides just the star), and I also added a border+drop shadow combo to really make it pop even more :)

Also, I forgot to mention: this simple color scheme allows for super easy and fun color adjustments on the fly! :)

You can use literally any color combo you wish with ease...

Here is my idea for the logo design for the new Topeka Swing Dance brand! I think something very clean and bold is the way to go here—you don't want to get too cliparty or complicated with imagery. I created a fun yet professional custom script where the letters are all dynamic and full energy like they are dancing. My main goal was to create something that would be really cool on all of your social media, website, signage, etc. while also looking awesome on a shirt or other merch that people would love to wear.

Take a look when you get some time, review with others, etc., and we can go from there!

I look forward to any thoughts you might have, and will gladly provide swift revisions as needed. I am pretty much always logged on to my work computer lol...
