More detail and charactor with the birds head. Try a close up headshot of a snow goose or webfoot or something with a snow characteristic. They grub in root grass and mud. May have some graass in there mouth. They squack alot so may have mouth open

Here it is... snow goose, open mouth, with grass... the letter "o" of TOP is an Aim also.

For this one I added a bit of glass look... assuming, that this is an optical weapon of sime kind, and the logo is the viewfinder. It is just an option I wanted you to have.
