I don't know if I am allowed so say this but I really like your doctor image but others' letters. Can we just remove the measuring tape from around the letters and make them stand out more with less white, possible with a black background?

I like the doctor, just not sure about the letters and colors. I love the design, though. I like some of the letters better on another design. I don't really like the blue background. I'd rather stick to purple and teal colors. Also, what do you think about the doctor holding an apple?
