Ryan, I sent the following message to customer service to see if they will allow you to send the one I need. I am just horrified that everything went so well and now you tell me that you can no longer provide the right one. Why would they not let you provide what I have asked for? Dear Madam/Sir:
I requested to see
#240 in Landscape instead of vertical, but the designer, Ryanuste, was busy at the time. Later, he submitted 6 or more varieties of logos after the timestamp of my request, but didn't submit the one I asked for. I am assuming he did not see it in-between submissions.
He says it's too late for him to submit it now that the contest is over, and that we would have to do it after I declare a winner. I asked for the revision PRIOR to the end of the contest. Ryan is so wonderful and we have had a great relationship. I want him to win and I don't want our relationship ruined by having to pick another logo.
Can you please allow him to submit the one I need, so that I can declare the winner and end the contest.
Please advise.
