Pastel colors do not work for a business/educational service firm. Also, regarding the icon - my firm does not relate with the playing of the game; rather - with educational programming. Logo does not work.
Another proposal... focuses on the "business and educational" aspect of your company, as represented by the three figures ( two holding folders or books and at the center with necktie their mentor/adviser) all aiming or visualizing at the golf ball, that stands to mean what lies ahead - career wise.
