I like the focus the circle creates but the theme in center sggests "playing" the game and not educating within the game.

The golfer within the word "golf" is too busy not easily discernible; also - an active golfer is too far removed from an "educational" theme.

The multi-color "TMG" does not work - even though I suggested it, etc.
Maybe - one color with a unique shading, etc.?

Somewhere - how about an icon with the text that represents
the maintenance program or a superintendent of maintenance?
