In the icon the X and I need to be spread out a little. Then put even lines across the top and bottom of the XI.

Remove the line on the top again. It looked better without it.
Also can you try one with the bottom line in a dark gray?
Also can you make all the letters in caps?
Also separate the XI in the icon so they are not touching?

Instead of spacing the XI in the icon, try extending the other sides of the XI in the icon all the way to the borders. This would give an even look on the XI.

I have 2 images i'd like to see

1)
please change #63 to use the more gold color like #39. I like that color combo best.
The font for Software Solutions Inc. on #63 is my favorite. Could we try reducing the size of it just a little?
Will you increase the font size of the T and XI just a little more where it says TITLE XI?

With all the same changes as above please add the following:
Add a XI shadow falling down to the right behind the XI in TITLE XI.
Then add a green outline on the X of the icon only in the gold colored section.

In regards to the shadow on the XI make the shadow look like it is on the ground.
