1) Can you move the arrow up so it’s perfectly centered between the gap of the line of the “i” and the dot of the “i”
2) move the arrow up even farther so it’s perfectly in line with the top line, matching the original logo
Now just move the arrow about 3 pixels to the right, so the center of the arrow is perfectly centered between the R and E, but not having the point of the arrow so far to the right where the point contacts the left of the E
Pusaka - can you keep it back at this logo but make 2 changes:
Variation1: Make the "INC" slightly more bold, and the lines on each side of the INC to be shorter.
Variation2: Put the "INC" all the way to the right, with a solid line to the left.
Variation3: Make the "ED" the same weight/boldness, and still capitalized, but slightly smaller font size.
Variation4: Make the "ED" the exact same everything as the TINKER.
Variation5: Make the dot of the "i" still square, but SLIGHTLY smaller square so it matches the height of the line.
Variation6: No line at all in "INC", and put the "INC" under the "ED" with no lines on either side of "INC"

try a shape of the dot to 3 sharp corners, and 1 radius corner. The 1 radius is the bottom-right. 3 sharp corners in the bottom-left, top-left, and top-right.
Sorry to change directions… we no longer think the arrows are obvious enough to the average person the story we’re trying to tell…
Instead, maybe an iteration showing some of the letters being tinkered with…. We have 3 opportunities since there are two i’s, two n’s and two e’s.
Maybe add some weird element to one of them, then the 2nd letter showing that weird element being erased.
-Try designing a logo around the idea behind our product development process: "We've found that often times you need to travel along the wrong path before you even have the vantage point to see the right path."

Maybe incorporate the design element of a compass/arrows/directions somehow.
I like the arrows!
But why the dot to the left in "INC" ?
Maybe make the arrow on the K shorter so it doesn't bleed in the top-left of the "E" as much..
We like this though... Not sure on input.. But we like the idea of a compass. Can you add a compass image above the TINKERED?
I like this, as it's like taking different paths in the "TI". Like our design approach: We've found that often times you need to travel along the wrong path before you even have the vantage point to see the right path.
And maybe put the lettermark 'Ti' into the first two letters of "Tinkered".. so the lettermark and wordmark are no longer 2 seperate things, but the logo itelf.
circle and arrow we don't like, too much like a mouse wheel... where square around the T & arrows is more like 'taking directions' at the corners of the square.
Please put the "INC" under teh TINKERED and centered, with lines on each side. Somehow make the Ti cooler/better somehow someway... sorry for lack of direction

1) move the right line down so it’s even with the top of the “i”
2) connect the arrow to the line like the original logo

And connect the arrow

Can you also increase the spacing between the letters "INC" very slightly.

Please now just move the "E" to the left slightly, so its perfectly centered between the "R" and the "D"

Can you make variations with the dot over the “i” different? Circle?
Maybe a left arrow/triangle?
Maybe a hexagon/pentagon?

We’ve noticed with this word TINKERED we often see the word “RED” at the end. Maybe the arrow would break it up and help the eye see tinker’ed
