We no longer like the compass idea. However, we would like you to enter the final stage.

So sorry to turn directions, but we don’t think the compass is apparent enough to the average person.

Maybe instead… an iteration showing some of the letters being tinkered with…. We have 3 opportunities since there are two i’s, two n’s and two e’s.
Maybe add some weird element to one of them, then the 2nd letter showing that weird element being erased.

Maybe another variation with the "Ti" inside the compass

Can you take the small arrows and place them on the sides of the 'inc'

We like the concept of a compass, good idea.

Since, in the development process, we rarely know where the hell we're going or where we're going to end up, and you often take the wrong path before you can even SEE the right path.

Lettermark needs to have "Ti" not just the "T". Could we make it more legible/masculine/bolder.
