The circles represent the world/globe/Earth through its physical form as well as through the world wide web guise. The 2 different colors represent the business - customer relationship as well as the possible differences in terms of language, region and tastes. When combined these circles show a common language, the language of understanding between the client/customer and the person who offers their services - no matter where they are from there is always a way to communicate and find common ground. So the logo gives a sense of familiarity (a well known & simple geometric shape) and understanding. Also, the simplicity shows self assurance and know-how without the need to impress by going overboard (using excessive design elements and eye-candy). The typeface and color of the fonts also show that - it is simple yet contemporary and strong enough without taking away from the main logo, it becomes part of it and as a whole it is very easy on the eye. I used orange & blue as you did on your previous logo yet i used more contemporary tones to emphasize the "now" factor and attract younger audiences as well
