This is close to the B&W version I want just fix the DNA like #145 and it is perfect.

This close to what I want for the flat version. But would like to match the text colors of #145 and fix the DNA to be like #145 and also instead of DNA being white on Purlple/Blue I think better to be Purple/Blue on White.

I want the DNA on both purple and blue just want the bands to start on one side and end on the other. Like you have done with the first small bands.
