I moved you to top 5 so you can submit new design. We are leaning towards simple/clean design. No clock or hourglass. We like the logos that plays with "T" and "A" or just "T".
Don't spend time on text really we are just looking for the logomark (icon). We like when it's meaning behind the designs to with hidden elements, like your graph and thing like that.

It's a nice design, but feels like there is to much happening in the logo.
