I think this design is to square for my liking. The first use of this logo will be for the website header...so I think it needs to be a "bit" more in a banner shape and readable right to left.
Like that you incorporated the ninja figure, but not sure that this silhouette captures what I am looking for. Maybe try different character, or something that more incorporates the "time management" theme.
