Two T's form a house/roof with the H in the middle. There is an upward pointing arrow in the negative space (a subtle subliminal way to give a positive feeling about your company) - and of course the star for Texas.

Not bad at all! Would like to see it, with the star on the other side of the bar on the H. Not sure about the text, maybe another font/style you could recommend.
