If you win the competition - are we allowed to have 2 versions of the logo - one with, and one without the slogan ??

Yes, of course. Slogan is just optional addition, not a concept changing element.
Just added new colors sets.

Thank you again - please can you take off the arrow on the T to compare ?

Please also remove the slogan.. And then also put the whole logo in one colour ? If you could upload it in two or 3 different shades of blue that would be great !
