Can you go for a taller, sexier look for the girl's stature and feature her. Tight Ends Sports Bar & Grill needs to somehow work around to allow this. Cheerleader or football player are the preferred outfits.

This is good. Remove the clutter of the balls and beers and focus on the girl. Make her more sports themed. We like the idea of a cheerleader with her skirt billowing up in the back. Correct the spelling of "Sports"
