Here is my logo for your consideration. I made an abstract book shape out of gold stars (which are given out as rewards). I came up with this "stars as a shape" idea for a past contest, but did not win, so maybe you will like the look of it. I think it fits well with the purpose of your program, while still being hip enough to appeal to everyone.
