i like this one the best of the three but am thinking it has a restaurant look to it. i really like how the T becomes part of the ripple, however, i'm concerned the font may be too feminine. Regarding the ripple, i like what you did in #100 and would like to see it without the light blue shading and maybe make the white ripple another shade of blue. not sure that makes sense. Thanks for your patience and diligence. I like your work.

I like the original font for the tag line. Can you try the feather just a bit smaller and perhaps vary the ripple? I'll try to find a photo for what I mean
There are 3 reasons I used the feather:
1. the feather represents your teachings passed to the others (the ripple effect).
2. the human mind is a delicate thing to work with (such the feather is).
3. Such a delicate thing as the feather is able to create ripples (the power of the human mind and the change).
I really like this one overall. Not sure about the feather though. I'd like thrive to be the main focus with international being much smaller with the option for me to remove it all together without it affecting the logo. Love the small caps as well as the script font. I'm going to change the tag line to three simple words. Just not sure which words yet. I think the lettering needs to be black
