I'd also like to use the dots rather than the dashes. And a bit larger. Perhaps make the dots the darker blue and the words the cyan blue.

perhaps trying experimenting with fonts on the tagline, i like the clean simple look. i also still think i'd like it moved down just a bit more. I'd like to see this one with yet a little more space in between the words on the tagline, darken international just a bit and make the tagline ever so slightly bolder. I put my top two on facebook and yours got very positive feedback. another suggestion from a friend:
- can you make the ripples look more like ripples? Not really sure how but maybe you could experiment?

i don't like the purple after all. I like these colors best. I think if you move the tagline down just a bit and change the color to match Thrive, it will stand out more. and maybe just a tiny bit more space between the words and the words a bit tighter. We are getting close!

You just keep getting better and better! I'd like International to be smaller and a lighter grey and the tag line to be a bit larger. Maybe a blue like on either side of "International" to fill the space
