Hello and thanks for your logos! We feel the colour combinations are a little soft and not bold and punchy enough. Any chance you could provide a different colour combination and perhaps include a spotlight on the number 3 in your #34 entry? Thx:)
We're keen to see if you can amend the design somewhat though because we think it is really close to what we're looking for!
So, we're thinking about is the idea of a spotlight projecting on to a flat stage floor. Within the spotlight itself would be the words "threes a crowd" (including the two masks) being projected onto the floor such that the text looks like its shining through a gobo/stencil that has been cut out with the words "threes a crowd"... The background colour would still be black. The spotlight colour would be white, and the stream of light would be a mid tone - softer like it is when you see it on a stage. As for the font style, we would be interested in seeing the concept we've described above, but, using a different font...
I hope this makes sense!
Look forward to seeing what you come back with.
Thanks :) Threes A Crowd.
it so that it includes the "threes a crowd" text (including the masks - which we love) in the spotlight as such. I.e so that the spotlight is a main component
I think #98 and #99 are closer to what we're after.
Black background - yes
White spotlight - yes.
Grey light stream - yes
Perhaps have the stream of light starting much higher in the black rectangle, and, further to the left - as if it is streaming out of the very top left hand corner of the black rectangle itself.
Could you make the actual shape of the spotlight spot a bit bigger so it sits in the bottom right hand side of the black rectangle background?
We don't really like the font style yet - perhaps have a bit more of a play around with that too please?
See how you go with that feedback, and we'll have another look at what you come up with later.
I understand about fit the spot light and the light beam on the background, like shown here http://3ef44ac2a814e81509fd-288404e13f895703cf2798bf6ae95228.r56.cf1.rackcdn.com/782152695582-223.png ? Unfortunately i can't get them posted here because we have submissions guideline rule that said the image must be centered horizontally and vertically with sufficient spacing all around But if you decide to go with my logo i will definitely provide you the final file with your requirement after the contest is complete, for now i can just provide the link for your review
I have a bunch of different font submitted. Let me know what you think, hope you liked one of them
Sorry - we've all been a bit busy in the last 24hours to get back to you!
So, this is what we're thinking: 1. We like the spotlight scenario. 2. We like the spotlight being off centre - like what you sent through in the link. 3. We wonder if the shape of the spotlight can be bigger rounder (not so 'oval' in shape)? 4. Can we replace the words "Threes A Crowd" with "3AC" (which is the acronym for our theatre group). 5. Is there a way to remove the black background completely so the logo becomes completely about the acronym (3AC) being in the spotlight?
Perhaps play around with that and see what you come up with and then we can review it once again?
#123 looks good - but perhaps if the spotlight was bigger and the font was slightly smaller. We don't necessarily want the "3AC" to touch the edges of the spotlight.
How would #123 look if the black text became white text? Also, how would #123 look if the grey spotlight (and grey stream of light) became black, and the letters became white?
LT policy not allow us to provide personal contact information while the contest is still running. Just let me know what you have in mind like i said i'll try my best
I'm not sure if there is still time to request additional amendments from you, but I will try!...
Can we please see the following changes to #32: 1. Remove the black background, so that the words are free standing. 2. Keep the font style as is. 3. Perhaps provide some options for different colour combinations of colours for the two masks. 4. Substitute the "d" at the end of the word "crowd" to a musical note - so that the shape of the note mimics the letter "d"
Then, please present the changes outlined above with all the letters of the words in the same colour, but give us a couple of different colours options for those words. E.g all the words in green, or, all the letters in orange, or, all the letters in blue perhaps...
