The ascending lines come across out of place. It would be better to do to illustrate increasing or levels separate from the text. That's what others have done.

No, the icon isn't working for me. I like that you're trying to incorporate tiers/levels going up, but I'm not partial to circles and I can't decide on the line. I don't think it fits. It's not as clean, but up "markets" are usually a little less clean

Darker font for Third Tier, lighter for wealth management? Possible variation with the icon to the side? See the notes I posted on the job, I added an additional hex code that you may like
